Shipping policy

We provide reliable worldwide shipping services for all functional clothing orders. Considering the features of multi-layer fabrics, hardware accessories and three-dimensional tailoring of functional garments, we adopt standardized packaging procedures. All goods will be inspected and neatly folded first, then packed with thick dust-proof bags and sturdy cartons, which can effectively prevent dust, wrinkle, extrusion and damage to zippers, buckles and other accessories during long-distance transportation.

All orders will be processed, packed and shipped within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing period. After dispatch, the tracking number will be sent to your registered email address, so you can check the real-time logistics status at any time.

All import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees arising from international orders shall be borne by the buyer. We will provide complete shipping documents to assist customs clearance. The delivery time is for reference only. We are not responsible for any delays and losses caused by customs inspection, logistics congestion, severe weather and other uncontrollable factors.

If you receive damaged packages, defective products, wrong sizes or mismatched items, please contact customer service within 48 hours after receipt, and provide your order number and clear photos. We will verify the problem as soon as possible and offer solutions such as full refund and replacement to protect your legitimate rights and interests.
